Covers beginning accounting topics. Great for practicing basic journal entries and financial statement concepts.
The Joy of Accounting: A Game-Changing Approach That Makes Accounting Easy by Peter Frampton and Mark Robillard
Great for visual learners. Lots of illustrations of accounting concepts.

Cartoon Introduction to Economics, Volume I: Microeconomics by Grady Klein and Yoram Bauman
The Cartoon Introduction to Economics, Volume II: Macroeconomics by Grady Klein and Yoram Bauman
Sounds silly, but these are an excellent introduction to economic concepts, especially for more visual learners.
Statistics
The Cartoon Guide to Statistics by Larry Gonick and Woollcott Smith
Great illustrated guide to basic statistics and probability.
Forgotten Statistics: A Self-Teaching Refresher Course by Douglas Downing and Jeffrey Clark
An older book, but the math hasn’t changed! For those who may have taken a stats course before, but it was so long ago that you don’t remember anything.
Practice Makes Perfect Statistics by Sandra McCune
Has over 500 practice problems on basic statistics.
How to Lie with Statistics by Darrell Huff and Irving Geis
A MUST-READ! A humorous book about all the different ways that statistics can be misleading to people who don’t know better.
The Signal and the Noise: Why So Many Predictions Fail--but Some Don't by Nate Silver
Okay, so this one won’t really teach you statistics, but I highly recommend it as a book about statistics and predictive analytics in the real world.

Microsoft Office 365 & Excel 2019 Comprehensive by Steven Freund and Joy Starks
A popular textbook in college Excel courses.
Excel 2019 Bible by Michael Alexander, Richard Kusleika, and John Walkenbach
A comprehensive reference guide to the many features and capabilities of Excel.
